In Castaway 2, you have got a boatload of options for weapons. Certain weapons will have certain advantages. The following is a list of the weapons in Castaway 2. Shields and projectiles can be found on a different page. It will be up to you to decide which weapon is the best.

The Strength, Defense, Agility, And Magic mean that these points are added to your stats. For example, if you have 5 Strength and equip a stick, you now have 8 strength. The worth is when you sell it, if you buy it it is worth 2x. The less weight a weapon has, the faster you can swing it, so a trusty dagger does more dps than a nail bat and is cheaper.
